Job description

This position is aim to play expert role of risk management solutions. It is responsible for leading risk team to deliver projects and providing a broad level of support to the sales team in relation to the successful selling and develop of risk management solutions. Actively innovate, gain up-to-date solution, product and industry knowledge. The role is also responsible to develop team and domain expertise in the risk management area.

         QUALITY REQUIRED:
 
,          
Be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art and data-driven exploratory business solutions based on client requests, to support on business objectives and solve business problems, across banks and other financial industries. End results include the design, development and deployment of business strategies and provide consultancy.


,          Manage the Strategy components of the project, including project schedules, workflow, and direction to the team and ensure the client's business objectives are incorporated into the project plan.


,         Communicate key design and findings to client and are responsible for addressing client's business concerns.


,         Provide pre-sale support and help to sell solutions, prepare proposal and other bidding materials. 


,         Conceive, plan and conduct investigations and experiments in uncharted areas, invent new methodologies or approaches to problems and translate them into improvements in solutions and represent the company at industry conferences, promoting the company  to audiences of clients, regulators, legislators, or the media.


        SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


,         Bachelor degree or above, with over 5 years¨ experience in banking or related financial business area


,         Specialized in banking industry and risk management


,         Understand application of analytics and modelling,Baselcompliance


,         Strong communication, presentation and client facing skill sets


,         Quick problem solving capabilities. Lead project team to deliver projects on time with client¨s satisfaction.


,         Proven capabilities in people management and leadership


,         Expert the Microsoft Office Suite of products including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Exchange. Will be good if understand statistics software, especially SAS, or other model development tools,


,         Flexible in working time


,         Ability to travel significantly (>50%)
